Kabza De Small announces the delay in the launching of his bar and club named Piano Hub.

The King of Amapiano expanded Piano Hub from just a record label to venturing into the food and restaurant industry.


 

 

Piano Hub, Soweto ought to launch today, June 15, but the musician released a statement on social media that the opening has been postponed.

“We regret to inform you that due to unexpected construction delays, we must postpone the opening of our new location. The new opening date will be announced soon,” reads the statement.

The reason for the postponement was not revealed but Kabza apologize, and appreciated people’s support.

“We understand the anticipation surrounding our opening and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, rest assured, we are working diligently to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you to PIANOHUB.”

DJ Maphorisa finally breaks his silence over accusations made by Sir Trill.

Over the past months and weeks, Trill has consistently called out a ‘grootman’ in the music industry for exploiting him and oppressing him.

Earlier this week, the department released the names of artists, creatives, and athletes who received relief funds during South Africa’s two-year restrictions.

However, the list had a host of notable celebrities, including Podcast and Chill host MacG, The Kiffness, real name David Scott and Arthur Mofokate. A 90-page document with 3 962 beneficiaries is making rounds on the internet.

A department panel vetted beneficiaries who applied for funding and their applications. However, upon approval, funds were paid as a one-off payment to approved beneficiaries to assist the artists, creatives, and sports people during the lockdown.

Some beneficiaries received R10 000 and R75 000, while others received as little as R2 000. Eight beneficiaries received R75 000. Among the eight recipients, MacG, influencer, and businessman Mohale Motaung were notable names.

However, Mohale Motaung’s inclusion on the list left many people concerned. Undoubtedly, many have been trying to connect the dots about his business portfolio.

Mohale Motaung reportedly received relief funds for a company that no longer exists. Confirmed reports have it that Glam Troupe last operated in October 2020—the company majors in matric dance makeovers.

Surprisingly, he received double the amount most beneficiaries received from the department. However, against the list, Mzansi questioned Mohale’s credibility and demanded answers from the department.
