The song won Highest Airplay and Song of the Year at the award event which took place on Sunday night.

The Grammy-award-winning star didn’t make any grand announcement about the win, but her fan page on Twitter announced the wins.

“Congratulations to @Tyllaaaaaaa, who has won 2 Basadi In Music Awards,” the account tweeted.

Tyla repled the tweet with, “Thank you.”

South African radio presenter and Crown Gospel Award founder Zanele Mbokazi has passed away following a battle with cancer.
