Intruders go after Gcina Mkhize’s mansion

Seasoned actress Gcina Mkhize is reportedly having sleepless nights in her haven as unknown men wander around in her yard. The actress and her children are battling to sleep after an unknown man ordered them to leave their lush mansion in the south of Johannesburg.

Confirmed reports state that the man claims to own the property despite Gcina Mkhize having owned it for years.

However, ZiMoja reports that the unknown man and his three accomplices have tried to force her out of her residence on three occasions. The actress has it that the man claims to also have a title deed to the house.


 
“They have been harassing me and my kids since January. I have alerted the Mondeor Police several times, but they won’t help me, and the intimidation keeps escalating,’ Gcina Mkhize said.

“I’m assuming we are all aware of the fact that there’s a huge syndicate in our country that specialises in selling people’s homes illegally. This guy bought my house under mysterious circumstances.

“The matter is still under investigation, but he wants me to vacate my home as I did yesterday. Where will I go with my kids?’ she asked. However, the actress has it that she once told the man to obtain an eviction order since he is the owner, but he has not done so.

Gcina Mkhize has it that the house has been broken into, and she has lost some of her materials and items since January during the separate incidents.

“He has broken into our home on three occasions, and the third time, which was last week Saturday, he brought people to come to reside in my property ngenkani! (forcefully),’ Gcina Mkhize said.

She said she was approached by Kagiso to be part of the film.

“He said I’d be the perfect match for the Lerato character. I was so shocked and excited. This film is one of the biggest in Mzansi and it’s globally recognized. Being part of the cast members is big,” said Nefisa.Losing Lerato also put Mzansi on the international map in 2020 when it was screened at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema at Idyllwild in California, USA.

Nefisa said that besides her busy schedule, shooting the film came with no challenges for her.“It’s about the relationship between a father and daughter. So, it’s something that I relate to it because of the close relationship I have with my dad. And that made things easy for me during the shoot,” said Nefisa.

She has also appeared in another film, How To Ruin Love, which also aired on Netflix. Nefisa said that acting alongside big and popular faces contributed to her growth as an actress.

Malome Vector’s b0dy arrives home in Lesotho

Famous rapper and songwriter Malome Vector‘s body returned to his hometown of Maseru in Lesotho on Friday, 26 July.

He tragically lost his life in a car accident on the N8 in Bloemfontein, Free State, on Wednesday, 24 July.

According to reports, the 32-year-old South African-based musician, whose real name was Bokang Moleli, was travelling with two crew members, Lizwi Wokuqala and Musa Lecton Nkondo, when the accident occurred.Mondli Mvambi, a spokesman for the Free State health department confirmed that the accident claimed three lives and left two people hurt.The Lerato hitmaker was living in South Africa at the time of his death. He has now been brought back to Maseru as his family prepares for his funeral.

His body was greeted by fans and supporters at the Maseru Border Gate. The musician was not alone at the time of his death; he was with his industry friends Lizwi Wokuqala and Da Mos, who also lost their lives, while two others are fighting for their lives in hospital.The rapper leaves behind his wife, daughter, mother, father, and four siblings.
