DJ Sbu apologises weeks after supporting Miss SA finalist Chidinma

DJ Sbu, real name Sbusiso Leope humbles himself and apologises after defending Miss SA finalist Chidinma Adetshina.

The businessman addressed the public on Radio 2000 after the Department of Home Affairs found indications that Chidinma’s mother was involved in fraud and identity theft.

The outcome of the investigation fueled the anger of South Africans; people who supported the model through the past weeks were also cancelled.

Speaking on air, Sbu apologised for the statements he made in support of Miss SA; he also asked that the law take its course.

“I’ve never been arrogant at all. My proponent of advocating for young people’s success, young people going for their dreams. I humble myself as the law is taking its course. anybody that I might have offended with the things I have said on my social media, regarding the Miss SA matter, I would like to apologize and with no excuses, I would like to apologise. I am also a South African, and I love young people doing great things,” he said.

If the law has been broken, let the law take its course, but anybody that I’ve offended out there, I’d like to apologise,” DJ Sbu added.
