Actress Linda Sebezo has fiercely defended herself after facing backlash over a viral video of her shopping at Shoprite.
In a TikTok video, Sebezo urged fans to give her a break, explaining that she has always lived a simple life, resides in Soweto, and doesn’t ask for help.
She further slammed those who are spreading fake news about her
South African actress Linda Sebezo has hit back at those judging her for buying groceries at Shoprite.
This comes after images of the actress doing her shopping at the supermarket surfaced online.
“You guys don’t know what you want to talk about anymore. When you speak about people, you speak about things I don’t understand. One moment you say I’m pregnant, and the next RIP.
“Now you have a problem with me shopping at Shoprite. Is there anything wrong with someone shopping at Shoprite?
Sebezo said that she is a simple person and stays in her lane.
“You are bullying us. I have a family. I don’t go to bed hungry. Now you are taking it too far. Shoprite is a small one. I live in Soweto,” she said.
Earlier this year, Linda Sebezo took to social media to express how proud she was over her daughter’s graduation.
She said, “This Day I will cherish Forever. My One and Only.”
