Mpho Wa Badimo received condolences from fans and followers on social media after announcing the death of her mother.
Taking to Instagram, the ex-BBMzansi winner released a statement about her mom’s death and also shared a short video clip from the funeral service.
“With Heavy hearts and deepest sorrows on behalf of the Mundla family we are saddened to announce the passing of Our Mother Elizabeth Nonjebo Mundla.”
“Our Mother left this life to go join our ancestors on the 6th of August 2024 after a period of illness. She was laid to rest on the 16th of August 2024. Our Mother was everything to us and we can never forget who and what she was in our lives a Matriarch,” Mpho wrote.
Mpho Wabadimo goes on to appreciate people who stood by her family during this difficult time.
“Although right now are hearts are heavy with pain indescribable we are hopeful that the sun will rise again and we will learn to live with the pain of losing our mother. Our Queen is survived by her Son, Daughter and 4 Grandsons We find comfort in knowing that we have gained idlozi elihle.”
