Solly Moholo fig hting for his life in Botswana!

The 65-year-old, whose real name is Solomon Molokoane from Soshanguve, north of Tshwane, went to the neighbouring country to perform but was rushed to hospital.

He’s known for his hits like Robala ka Kgotso, Ke Latlhile Bokinza, and Thaba ya Sione.

Solly has also made headlines for venturing into amapiano and performing at baby showers.


 

 

 

 

 

His team released a statement regarding his condition.

“Solly Moholo headed to Botswana to pre-launch his new upcoming album titled Wubani O zo Pepeza.

“Ntate Solly Moholo performed excellently at all his gigs in Botswana and was well-received by the people of Botswana,” the statement read.

They said things took a turn after his performance.

“Unfortunately, upon his return to his residence in Botswana, Ntate Moholo fell ill and had to be rushed to hospital,” the team said.

They said that they were all still there to give him support.

“As we speak, his management team is still in Botswana till Solly makes a full recovery in hospital. He’s much better than he was.”

They asked Mzansi for support and prayer.

“During this time, the family would like to humbly request that you keep Ntate Solly Moholo in your prayers as he makes full recovery. We’ll keep you updated regarding any developments.”
