‘We can’t have Nigerians compete in Miss SA’: Gayton McKenzie on Chidimma Adetshina

Sports, Arts and Culture Minister Gayton McKenzie has responded to Miss SA finalist, Chidimma Onwe Adetshina’s recent viral video.

Social media user Chris Excel asked the Patriotic Alliance PA leader, Gayton McKenzie how he feels about Miss finalist, Chidimma Adetshina.

@GaytonMcK replied: “I just returned from Paris and will definitely get more information tomorrow. We truly cannot have Nigerians compete in our Miss SA competition.”

McKenzie also says he wants to get all the facts before he comments and added that the video gives funny vibes already.

“I will get the facts and return with an answer, this is not gossip. That video raises legitimate suspicion,” concludes McKenzie.

His comments come after Adetshina trended on Monday, 29 July when a video of her celebrating with her Nigerian fans went viral.

The beauty queen also recently trended on social media after she removed the Nigerian and Mozambican flags on her TikTok account.
