“What a long and intense journey! But here we finally are,” Mazibuko said. “Living in what feels like a dream and definite miracle. This has to be one of the happiest times of my life. We can’t wait to meet you.”

Bubu is best known for her role as Thuli in the TV drama series Gaz’lam, and she has also appeared in other popular TV shows such as Home Affairs, Entabeni, A Place Called Home, Yizo Yizo, Zero Tolerance, Tshisa, Hopeville, and many others. She studied Fine Arts and later film at the New York Film Academy, but her sponsor died two weeks after her arrival in the US, forcing her to drop out of the academy. Despite this setback, Mazibuko stayed on in New York to study filmmaking and drama.

Bubu’s announcement of her pregnancy has been met with warm wishes from her fans and followers on social media. Many have expressed their joy and congratulations on her long-awaited blessing, while others have praised her for her strength and perseverance through the hardships of her journey.
