Mashed potatoes with pork chops, carrots and salad

Mashedpotatoes recipe


1kg medium Potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh cream
Handful chopped fresh chives
2 tblsp aromat to taste
1 tsp Black pepper


Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cook until tender but still firm. Drain and return to stove over low heat to dry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add butter, fresh cream, Parmesan cheese, chives, Aromat, blackpepper. Use a potato masher to mash until smooth, and serve.
